CEO is a tyrant whose management team isn't empowered to do their jobs. Nothing happens unless CEO "approves". Business decisions are regularly delayed by 9+ months because CEO prohibits middle management from moving forward with plans. Front-line employees are left holding the bag for business delays and bad decisions.
