      Pros

      Everything... -Remote/Flexibility -Fun, everyday is literally fun -Startup so everything changes by the minute, always interesting -The People are so cool, authentic and just great vibes -Unbelievable team retreats (Iceland etc)

      Cons

      Remote, wish it was more in-person but everyone tries to meetup as much as possible given travel etc.
