      - Working on complex problem statement with proven PMF. Has moat! - Sales/CS team based out of US which helps with funnel - 2nd time founder with no-nonsense attitude. Decisions optimized for startup speed and execution - Complete remote team - Interesting problem statements

      Cons

      - Timely all team visits would help improve cross team bonding. Management took the feedback and is planning. - Work spans across time zones for few roles. Manageable once you communicate availability to stakeholders.

EXTREMELY HIGH SALES TURNOVER - Hiring practices seem inconsistent, with frequent overhiring followed by cuts. Many talented and successful sales professionals with strong track records have been let go, as evident from former employees' LinkedIn profiles. Do your homework before accepting an offer here.
