Pros
If you are not interested into working too much then you'll find it a very good place to join and stick for long. Good work-life balance. Free lunch and cabs.
Cons
This company has gone from bad to worse after it got acquired by Fiserv. Anybody who likes to work is simply wasting his/her time here. There is absolutely no vision what the management wants and looks for the organization. They want to have things but what and how, they've no idea. The HR is just for the sake of it here, they don't care about the employees interests.
