Pros
The office is clean - no thanks to Grady herself. She needs to hire an actual person to do the cleaning or up the pay for those that she forces to clean her office without letting them come in early/stay late to clean.
Cons
Grady is the most manipulative, condescending, sarcastic, and rude person I have ever met in my life. She says awful things about her patients when they aren't around and treats her employees like trash. Grady has an attitude towards everyone and everything - and will never apologize when she is wrong. She underpays her employees and even starts to gossip about them to others. She lies to no avail. She acts like she is high and mighty.
