      Management decisions are extremely bad concerning salary deduction as no clear reasons for the deduction in most cases. Managers try to deceive you that deductions are not followed by laws and regulations, but in reality they change regulations and don't notice you and you will be surprised of deduction and after asking them they told you that the regulations are changed.
