No Pros.Worst Experience. There is no culture and there is no regular feedback also no customer retention. Management is worst.

Worst place to be. They would not give you feedback so that you could improve upon but instead share you warning letter. Salary is also kept on hold and is credited after 2-3 days. There is no employee retention here as well. Horrible management and culture. Please do not join

I love to share this review about Open Mind , cause it is really best place to start for career , all process are related to KPO only, wherein there are so many things to learn, people are so amazing supportive like a family, I recommend all the people who are looking for their career , they can start from here.
