Pros

Beer in the fridge and location of the office.

Cons

Lack of vision, execution, transparency in senior and executive management. They run their teams and who they keep working like a high school popularity contest. Further made evident by the fact that they removed the newly hired CEO months after employment and celebrated it amongst cliques in the office. The place is more toxic than a septic tank. Growth is an illusion. "Happy work life", is a lie. Job security is as secure as a popularity contest, if you show the slightest difference in opinion to key players, you're on the blacklist and sure to be out of the job shortly. The reviews in the last few months are a lie. They are there to try to boost their atrocious star rating and lure unsuspecting new hires. DON'T GO. These reviews are not genuine and likely written by HR/Social Media team because every person who interviewed in the last year has mentioned this as a red flag.

Pros

The students are the only positive aspect of the job.

Cons

Very low pay compared to industry standards, with no bonus or end-of-year commission. No clear direction from upper management, expect constant changes and inconsistent expectations. The work environment feels disrespectful, and employees often feel undervalued. Working conditions have become more strict over time, creating a stressful and discouraging atmosphere. No teacher freedom to make instructional decisions; creativity is discouraged. Constant fear of job loss due to regular staff cuts and unstable staffing decisions. Recent restructuring resulted in a significant pay cut paired with an increase in working hours. Communication is poor, and decisions seem to be made without considering the impact on staff.
