cannot think of any..maybe the fact that I had a job during the recession. Always made my targets.
Cons
was a few years ago, heard they are doing better now. Terrible employer, I worked for 5 years @ Open. In a sales and management role, bad atmosferen due to incompetent directors, and old proposition. The whole senior management layer was fired and I hear they are doing much better now
