      It’s a really chilled and accommodative environment to work in.

      There’s a big sense of tribalism, which works well if you fit in, however for those that don’t fit in, it’s very alienating.

      The chance to work with truly exceptional people, flexible work environment, you're given a lot of autonomy, warm and friendly environment.

      Cons

      There isn't really a clear growth path, so you have to be quite proactive in your own growth within the company. This is not always a negative.
