Pros

I was hired in Jan, 2018. Till today I have felt nothing but positive energy. In my opinion company has excellent leadership(including current CEO and CTO). This is a company where Contributions are assessed and valued. Currently, Company has brought in top-notch talent to address roadmap needs. Company offers excellent benefits, generous time off, Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. Huge Plus--pet friendly work environment.

Cons

I am thrilled to be able to say that I cannot think of one con.

Pros

Oomba, being a rather small operation at the moment, exudes a tight-knit community feel in the workspace makes it easy to be invested and actually care not just about your work but of the entire company in general. You feel as though your input and your efforts matter in the company as senior management constantly keeps lower-level workers up to date and explains how all the work that everyone does helps to achieve the overall goal of the company. Coworkers have all been great, albeit there is always an annoying coworker or two. Beyond that everyone is friendly, fun, and easy to get along with and especially easy to work with. Everyone is respectful of your beliefs, work space, and the way you work (i.e quite work space or not being bothered for lengths of time). They also always stock snacks in the break room which is nicer than one would think, especially when work runs late and you just wanna get a light snack to finish up your work.

Cons

The passion with which coworkers believe in the product and vision they are attempting to create can be intimidating and may put unseen pressure on other coworkers. I sometimes feel as though I have to work longer hours than I am really able to in order to show that I am committed to the cause. Not really that bad but something to note
