Fantastic people to work with - truly like a family. Everyone is so inclusive and welcoming - never made feel bad about asking “dumb” questions and everyone was always willing to help. Best people I could have asked to work with and truly miss this family!

The camaraderie within the Tucson office was great.

Of all of the roughly 22 main leadership positions, only 1 is a woman. Pay was abysmal. It was admitted that there was no clear way to move up in the company. It was essentially an Old Boys’ Club. I (a women) was told I would not receive a raise until I started “smiling and making eye contact with my boss” Since leaving, my pay has doubled.
