Pros
-Flexibility of remote work -Weekly pay (never had that before, and it's sort of nice!) -Great team, and leaders who have been in this business for a long time -A lot of tools for our recruiting team to be successful- great tech stack! -Internal L&D team focused on growing their employees. Very few companies invest in training and continued training especially in recruitment
Cons
-For the record, I don't think this is a con but more of a reality. When companies are remote, the reality is that the only way productivity can be measured is on metrics and numbers. We no longer sit in an office where our efforts are seen, so there is an emphasis on numbers and production, much like every staffing company I have worked for. -We are in transition, adapting to the market we are in. Again, not a con we are in, but if on-going change scares you, then this may not be the best place for you. We are trying to improve the way we work, be more efficient, and win more. It's as simple as that! -Inversely, we are remote, so we don't get to see each other as much as we'd like, which helps in team building and building trust internally. HOWEVER, all of our teams are meeting soon in person in just a matter of weeks!
