Products do not work Software Sales Team pushed to deliver sales on products that are not developed, only to manage the customer if Engineering fails to deliver. No internal QA prior to customer deployment. Utter failures when it comes to lead generation, no Google rankings, they dont spend money on advertising (digital or traditional). You will be required to bring your own connections to the table. Be prepared to be in meetings constantly, for at least an hour a day. they did not pay my final comission even though the order was placed prior to the lay off. Feedback from employees is not appreciated. The family owned business does not like feedback from customers either. That is why one of the products does not have spell check, in the 21st century. It is not a priority. Family believes they are the only one who knows what's best, fails to have positive interactions with "low level" employees, the condescending remarks run rampant with this family.
