Weekly pay which can come in handy Pretty easy work
Cons
No relevant training. Constant calls from Ontrak to check you're working. Have to fill in your own timesheets and potentially lose your wage if not delivered on time. No care from anyone as to any problems you have. Have to call to sign in and sign out of every shift. On occasion Ontrak angrily ring you back for not signing in despite having signed in half an hour ago. No care for their employees, treated only as a resource and not a person.
