      Remote work, great colleagues and team managers.

      Cons

      Very bad senior management hires. HR department specifically, had a lot of ego and couldn't do their job properly. Had me terminated cause of a technical fault on their end.

      Leadership are absolutely clueless on how to run a business. Nobody knows what they're doing, it's actually hilarious. If you're considering joining Ontop, I would absolutely recommend NOT doing so. Exec team works everyone like slaves because their one goal is cashing out, they don't care about you and will lay off teams 5 days before Christmas. The product is garbage. No one knows what real growth looks like or how to make it happen. Go apply at Deel, Remote, Rippling, etc.
