Thanks for writing this review here and giving me a chance to give you a reply.
We at Onters have a culture you wouldn't find in most companies. With a single-page offer letter, we only expect people to work with sincerity and dedication. To which I feel like you failed miserably. Since our inception, we never deducted late comings and on record, 70% always come late. Just because we believe we can not force people to give their best we always kept a poros exit policy, to the disadvantage, which people take salary on salary day and vanish next day. In our office, people watch movies during work, we promote people out of the way, and before duration, we plan their exit and support them for their next career move, update their resumes when they actually move their career ladders and we have all of this on RECORD.
Just because of people like you companies are losing faith in the people and putting up forced reforms for which sincere candidates have to go through a sharp scanning process every time.
I strongly condemn your act or cowardliness of posting the review here anonymously instead if you have guts in your belly you should have spoken to us face to face.
If you have posted this on LinkedIn, I would have filed an FIR against you for falsely accusing the company and deteriorating the company image just because your own personal vested interests didn't get fulfilled.
My point is, we have a much healthier environment here at Onters than that of your brain.
Still, I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and pray for the company you will be working next with.
