Location, found it tough that they actively discouraged implementing more efficient or creative ways of doing things, would frequently talk about new work opportunities but not follow-through.

Strong culture and good, caring people Ambitious management and board 2x in office while other government organizations are 5x Interesting, challenging work Bonus eligibility for upper management is up to 20% Great diversity and commitment to be inclusive

Cons

Location is in Guelph Corporate silos are really bad Limited growth opportunities
