Pros
Networking opportunities, great learning experience if you are interested in development or construction, free gym membership, good entry level pay, free parking in downtown LA (which is rare).
Cons
The VP provides an uneasy, hostile work environment for the hard working individuals in "his" office. Don't expect a team driven environment, it's the VPs office. Don't even smile, it's looked down upon. Even with his years of experience and executive title he still carries not even an ounce of integrity or morals. He is disrespectful to employees, vendors and subcontractors. The turn over rate is so high because of him. His cousins own the company and I'm sure he is only around due to that reason specifically. The company doesn't carry any core values. They don't train entry level employees yet expect you to follow the "Onni way."
