Pros
ORCC has excellent benefits, competitive pay, and is very flexible with vacation schedules, unpaid leave, and working hours. Established employees are permitted to have flex-schedules, work from home (at times), and in limited cases - work remotely if they move out of the state. IT support is competent and ORCC keeps technology and internal tools current. Expense reimbursements are flexible and ORCC works around your schedule for business travel. ORCC has a structured annual review process so performance feedback is standardized and constructive. HR support is top-notch.
Cons
There are a few great execs and directors - but there are a few mediocre leaders too. Most of the worst execs and directors were released from the company in 2010. Prior to 2010, promotions were mostly based mostly on politics and relationships, not performance so there were quite a few unqualified Directors/VPs. Since 2010, the company had made effort to correct this problem.
