Every project requires you to dedicate several hours to study guidelines and to pass certifications. I have personally invested many hours in multiple projects, only to be met with complete silence afterward. Despite spending 4-10 hours studying for several projects and passing the exams, I never received any status updates on my application, I have applications that have been pending for 5 months with no chance to even get a response about the status. This complete abandonment of applicants is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Even when you reach out to support for help, all you receive is an automatic email response.
