Pros

Talented and caring team members who genuinely care about others

Cons

- Experienced and witnessed unprofessional behavior at senior levels, including bullying and sexism, which went unaddressed from HR. - The founder CEO-CTO duo lacks maturity and appropriate qualifications, like leadership, basic strategic, and people skills. - The environment is not psychologically safe, raising concerns or challenging ideas respectfully can lead to swift and disproportionate consequences, including receiving threats. - Feedback is not welcomed, even when shared constructively and respectfully. - Leadership relies on power dynamics rather than collaboration, and communication often feels reactive and emotionally charged rather than grounded or constructive. - Feedback loops are broken, and there is little room to grow or contribute meaningfully without navigating internal politics, especially when interacting with the company founders.

Pros

A high-caliber product, a collaborative team environment supported by engaging corporate events, and robust options for remote work. Fun atmosphere in overall.

Cons

Management is often out of touch, making strange decisions that don't seem to be based on actual facts or data. Communication is sometimes poor between management and staff, and the sudden, unannounced pay cuts really caught everyone off guard and hurt morale. The hiring process feels inconsistent, as people are sometimes hired for reasons other than their skills or experience. On top of that, there isn’t much opportunities to grow or learn new things, leaving many people feeling stuck in their roles.
