Pros
Excellent culture. CEO and COO are constantly seeking feedback and processing information and sharing company's progress. There is a weekly company-wide town hall, a monthly fireside chat with the CEO where any question can be asked (anonymously so no repercussions), a weekly operations call, and frequent interaction with peers and chain of command. You pretty much can talk to whomever you want in the company within 72 hrs. I have never seen so much ready access to company leadership.
Cons
You need to be able to physically work alone. The remote work can be lonely. You work from home and are on zoom calls for most of the time unless your job has you meeting people outside of the company so that can feel a bit isolating at times. I have to make appointments to make sure I am interacting with live humans and not thru zoom.
