The company is always working towards making the environment positive and fun. Even though we are busy often, whenever I need time off, my time has yet to be declined or unapproved! Overtime is required and to me that is not a negative thing since we are compensated well and receive additional time off for doing so.

Overtime is required however you are made aware prior to being hired.

Great culture if your from the aerospace industry.

Poor upper management, however I believe its a work in progress.
