Pros

* Smart People to work with. * Pros doesn't matter as there is no Job stability.

Cons

* No Job Security. * Company was continuously acquiring smaller companies, showed promising growth but the explanation given to us was that expenditure is higher than Profit. Town halls were filled with glorified positive news. Doesn't make sense. * OneTrust was hiring like crazy, it feels like once they got the job done, we were out of the company. * Immediate Lay Off, we were informed in teams call that today(9 June 2022) was last day and we were locked out of our systems. * CEO Kabir had a AMA meeting post the layoff with the remaining employees. He did not even address the laid off employees. It felt like we did not matter or exist. He did not even address the 950 employees before the firing rounds started, employees who were let go were never acknowledged directly by you and to me that is lack of human decency. * The severance package was not consistent for all employees. we must have been provided with Severance immediately within 2-3 days, it was done by the end of the month. * Kabir promised to put Employee first. And I guess he kept that promise, except that he meant people were the first to go. Red Flags to look for - * Mass hiring of Interns (60-70) in the month of May. * Office was closed during the layoff week stating some maintenance work needs to happen in office through mail a week before.

Pros

The new leadership is making intentional, calculated decisions and communicating effectively. They've already been able to impact the workforce by introducing new tools and removing red tape.

Cons

There's still some leftover culter of finger pointing and blame but I know this is top of mind to fix.
