      Cons

      Office is open but most of employees don't work there. There are some events that a few more employees participate, but still most employees work remotely in general.

      It has a great working atmosphere Both peers and management are friendly and fun to work with Management are really easy to talk to

      Cons

      Depending on your preferences, it may have a low ceiling when it comes to growth. It's easy to grow with the company, but not as easy to grow in it.
