- Depending on who you work with, you'll have real ownership of your work. - Various clients from different industries keeps work interesting. - Clients are usually enjoyable to work with.
Cons
- There is no documentation or guidelines for company processes. - Micro-management greatly reduced work productivity. - A desire to show results fast undermines research. This is probably due to the fact that this is an agency and whatever the company can bill the client will make money (whether it's useful or not). - A lot of reinventing the wheel due to a lack of collaboration. - No opportunities or systems in place for career growth.
