The casual attire is a huge plus and management will pay attention to your opinions if you actually have evidence to your concerns and solid ground to stand upon. Cons
It is so hard to find good help these days! Finding motivated, qualified technicians seems to be a problem most pharmacies experience these days. This is the current trend so it's not exactly a con just a fact of the pharmacy world right now.
