      Pros

      Flexibility, variety, GREAT owners and management, potential for big growth. Overall it is a GREAT company and I love coming to work every day. If I could give 10 thumbs up for 6 month business outlook I would.

      Cons

      Small company, benefits are lacking, not great training. I enjoy the environment as it is a "figure it out as you go". The company has been around for 20 years but is now reaching growth potential and scaling quickly. If you need a lot of structure this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Work your own BOB from contact to booking quote. Project support group is great.

      Cons

      Lots of legwork needs to be done from start to finish. Needs automation.
