Great associates to work with. Segmented service model is promising.

Cons

Highly segmented client service model. While each area focuses on their expertise, unified collaboration can be difficult. Model supports small/mid-market well, but large, complex and self-funded expertise is best served by national team. High service team turnover, especially those that are outside new hires. No accountability for leadership. They can do whatever they wish without repercussions.

Cons

Acquisitions are a joke. This company keeps acquiring PEOs but every single integration has been incredibly chaotic and disorganized. Yet no one changes anything and tries to improve the next acquisition experience. The excuse is “all acquisitions are messy”. There’s no training either. You’re expected to train yourself or schedule a time with Directors and come up with the meeting agenda yourself. Management is also all related to each other.
