Too much meeting. Have to collaborate with colleages at Hong Kong.

Great company culture at OneDegree and proactive management team who's really intimate with their employees. I'd say OneDegree also has a pretty flat structure too.

Because it's still a startup firm so I'd say there's not really any standardized practices in terms of intern management and OneDegree got a lot to improve on the intern's learning curve, interpersonal interactions, etc.
