Cons
- Senior management decisions have been tough on everyone -- often lacking direction or planning, and forcing things to be done "ASAP" keeping stress levels up. - Many executives have left during the time I was there, while the vast majority of employees were sticking around hinting that things were likely "rock'n'roll" behind closed doors.
