Doesn’t have good managers running departments, Lack of accountability for some employees and expect too much from other employees, voicing concerns/changes with managers unseen results, too many processes overlapping not time-efficient, company promotes work-life balance but the processes the company has in place does not align for the proper balance, pay is not competitive with the amount of work required, always hiring new people not promoting within, Raises and wages don’t align with the cost of living or inflation always frowned upon when mentioned, management shows no appreciation always asking for more
