The fast pace is tiresome. Management should be more involved in day to day. Many changes over short period of time made goals hard to follow and difficult to define. Easy to feel overwhelmed with so much happening at once with the soundproofing panels. Very advanced technological environment which means patience for the learning curve of new hires.
