Pros
Management team was very nice and $$$ bonuses for new-hires were a nice incentive. That's pretty much it.
Cons
1)If you are o.k. with standing in the parking lot of a 99 Cent store in bad neighborhoods for 8 hours by yourself trying to get people to sign up for a free cell-phone then this is for you! If not, don't waste your time. They make it seem like they have all these opportunities for advancement and that you only have to be in the entry-level for 1-2 months until you get "promoted" to a "management" position, but once you get promoted you are still required to stand outside 99-cent stores and Food4Less's daily, just with a new title. It is a complete waste of time.
2)The hours are ridiculous; they expect you to work 6-days a week, 10-12 hours per day and you're not even guaranteed pay. No professional role will ever require you to work 60-70 hours per week without proper compensation and/or overtime pay. Not to mention, they don't even pay you an hourly rate. There's no base-pay so you can work an entire 10-12 hour day and make NO money if you weren't able to sign anyone up for a free phone (which isn't as easy as it sounds). How is that even legal? Pretty sure this is an MLM scheme.
