Pros

None, This company lies and ghosts its applicants all the time.

Cons

This company has zero integrity. They continually ghost applicants and pay other organizations to remove negative reviews covering up the truth about their sketchy practices. It's sickening and I hate being involved in such grotesque, unprofessional behavior. They deserve more negative reviews, but they just cover those up too. No accountability, no values.

Pros

They buy lunch once a week

Cons

This place is a mess. Training is non-existent and it has a very cult-like vibe. Ridiculously small office space. Like, you will hear your coworkers use the restroom from your desk-small. High expectations with very little guidance. Extremely convoluted workflow and processes disguised as being "simplified" by people who have done the work for a decade. The owner has a very bland, yet somehow grating personality and often gets lost in thought explaining how to do work processes that he, himself created. He's also pretty absent managing one of his other companies, but things run smoother in his absence. His second in command has zero career work experience outside of this position and very little life experience outside of her own bubble of Disney cruises and tennis lessons. All of the positions are pretty much data entry, regardless of title. They pay virtual assistants in other countries pennies on the dollar to do the grunt work of generating content for client websites and then charge their clients as if they actually did the work. (The one positive review was written by a virtual assistant) The whole place is basically a scam and employee turnover is high. Usually rotated in and out in less than six months. You get either one 30 minute break or two 15 minute breaks each day. Aside from that you're chained to your desk. I'm giving them one star because glass door doesn't have an option for zero. There are much better places to work in the city of Louisville, take your chances elsewhere.
