Not the greatest place to work. - Production Coordinator One Step Up Employee Review

I am a manger at one step up. I have been here over 17 years I've been reading SOME of the reviews, I find them extremely inaccurate and seems they are from former disgruntled employees. I also think the only people that write these reviews ARE FORMER EMPLOYEES (. Because there are so many divisions at one step up there is a lot of opportunity for growth as I began here as a sales and administrative assistant and I now manage a large division. Hands on CEO. 401K - with employer contribution INSURANCE 6 sick/personal days 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment (1 week 1st year)

Large company so there is red tape to navigate through as with other large companies

Nice coworkers and summer Fridays.

Lots of favoritism. Stuck using outdated systems that require a lot of tedious, meaningless work
