Deeply passionate group of people who care, almost to a fault about their work. There's a mammoth amount of vision, even if not mammoth piles of money.

Budgets are persistently tight, and the organization has spent most of its recent history under the spectre of collapse. Somehow, it keeps surviving, and it's survival is undoubtedly to the benefit of Seattle.
