Pros

Retro systems are brilliant, who wants cloud based systems. Absence of directors is brilliant they really let staff just get on with things. Having no procedures really helps you choose how you want to work. The high staff turnover has really helped me meet many new friends. I have gained first-hand insight into how poor leadership decisions impact a business….invaluable. Great environment for developing patience, tolerance, and an impressive poker face.

Cons

Directors appear detached from operational reality but remain heavily involved in micromanagement. Directors who confuse “being decisive” with “being loudly wrong.” Strategy changes weekly, sometimes daily, occasionally mid-meeting. Accountability flows strictly downward—never upward. Communication is mostly vibes, rumours, and last-minute panic. Watching competent people slowly disengage is an experience.

Pros

Has been a great place to work in the past but new CEO has brought in her own team and wiped out most of the staff that have been there years.

Cons

No loyalty to staff. Dreadful place to work despite all the hype about benefits packages. Lots of people leaving or off sick

Cons

Discrimination against disabled Discrimination based on religion Bullying managers who lie about staff and make serious allegations without any evidence Sexual harassment
