Friendly staff, nice modern building to work in, the staff restaurant is brilliant, great food and very good values

Horrible way treating the staff, full of lies and the management doesn't respect the staff, they can just dump you anytime and treat you very unfairly because they can!

Nothing comes to mind, but I guess parking was free and the staff menu was good.

- Low pay - No support from management or senior staff - Management lack people skills - Senior Management Team often hire previous colleagues they have worked with elsewhere so hardly any development opportunities - Promised training was never provided - No guidance - Lack of care for staff (a lot of turnover) - They put money over patient care - Consistent issues with payroll - The morale of staff was decreasing rapidly - HR is practically useless
