Small team yet very sensitive towards employees. Accountability is high so learning is also good. They are very passionate about what they do.

Well, con is also that they are very sensitive. You have to really watch what u say because that can either hurt egos or can be triggering. In a way that is good- you will learn to draw strict professional boundaries. Not sure of hikes and promotions. Pay scale is on the lower end. Might have improved lately.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at One Future Collective. As someone new to the team, I was entrusted with considerable responsibility in handling my assignments, while still receiving helpful support whenever I encountered obstacles. The atmosphere there promoted both personal and professional growth. For those passionate about creating a better future and looking for a work environment that supports innovation and teamwork, One Future Collective is a fantastic option.

The only con about working here is the burnout that comes with working in this sector in general
