      Pros

      The final product is always great. You will learn a lot about leadership and event management.

      Cons

      My experience is that OCC operates at an unsustainable pace for its employees and volunteers. The pay is insufficient for the amount of work done. The budget is spent on launching new campuses and events while the staff is painfully underpaid and overworked.
