      Company employs strong upper management that is helpful and provides continued training and support. Owner is a visionary who sees a need in the market and offers a product that is in high demand and affordable. Best job in my career!

      You WILL work yourself to measures that will exhaust you, but only encourage strength and personal growth.

      Amazing company!! Benefits are incredible. Everyone is always friendly and happy.

      Cons

      Upper management is always quick to respond but has way too much on their plate to be dependable. Not enough support when needed. Everything is micromanaged which makes doing your job a little tricky.

      You have only 3 staff in the building

      Cons

      No upper management support. No upper management communication. Upper management doesn’t know its employees and makes no effort to get to know them. No raises given. Holidays are minimal. Bills aren’t paid in the building I worked in and repairs not made. Benefits are terrible
