Pros

Health insurance (is starting to get more expensive, but still better than most) 401k is pretty good.

Cons

The company is in total chaos. You think a project is going in one direction, but then higher-ups meet and pull the project in another direction. You're constantly on edge, and when things go wrong, people immediately start pointing fingers. During my tenure, every project ended up this way because someone thought they knew better and didn’t take into consideration what would be best from the people that actually know what they’re doing. The office itself is horrible. The CEO thought it would be a great idea to have an open office concept to bring in more energy. What you end up with is an extremely loud office where you’re listening to customer service reps take calls all day. You might get lucky and sit somewhere different, but then you might end up next to someone who decides it’s okay to take calls without headphones. Not everyone is like that, but in general, people here have some of the worst office etiquette. They’re expanding the office space, so hopefully, that will help the issue, but I’m really doubtful. One of the biggest areas of concern is how often people are let go. Most of the time, it's without notice; other times, their roles get “phased out.” Employees receive an annual survey, and C-level executives and other managers are always shocked at the low scores. They talk about how it's not good and how we need to improve morale, but then nothing is ever done about it.

Pros

Success here is what you make of it and I have truly enjoyed the experience in growing with this amazing company. Open communication, positive atmosphere, diversity and inclusion, employee social groups, and other soft perks like the coffee/espresso machine are just the beginning of the pros.

Cons

The pay is on the low side of national average.

Pros

The People: Honestly, the best part is the lack of drama. People here are accountable; they do what they say they’re going to do. It’s a collaborative environment where you can actually voice an opinion and not get shut down, which goes a long way. Growth is Real: It’s not just a carrot they dangle. If you’re reliable and good at what you do, there’s a clear path to move up. They seem to value keeping good people around rather than just hiring from the outside. The Vibe: It’s a high-standard environment, but it’s inclusive. You feel like you’re part of a professional team where everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Cons

Not for Coasting: You can’t hide here. If you aren't ready to pull your weight and meet high standards, you’ll feel the friction pretty quickly. Fast-Paced: It can be a bit of a whirlwind. If you need a rigid, 1995-style manual for every single task, the constant evolution might wear you out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re proud to hear that the culture is showing up in a way that reflects accountability, collaboration, and real opportunity. We recognize that operating in a high-performing, fast-moving environment isn’t for everyone, and we’re intentional about maintaining that standard while continuing to evolve how we support our teams. Your feedback around communication and staying connected as we grow is especially important, and it’s something we’re actively focused on. We appreciate you being part of what’s driving the momentum forward and for sharing your perspective that helps us keep getting better.
