We are delighted to receive your positive feedback in relation to our hiring policies, flexibility and internal opportunities for training and development. It’s unfortunate that you experienced anything contrary to our ethos of being employee centric, during your time in our Customer Success department.
The recent transition of senior management in the Customer Success team has resulted in various challenges for the department. In order to address them we are currently making significant investments in both people and systems to improve our employees' experience and the service we give to our customers.
When making strategic decisions about the future direction of our business, our senior leadership team takes into account many factors, including employee feedback. However, once a decision is made, we expect everyone to support it regardless if they agree with it or not.
Despite our best efforts, we do get some things wrong, and when we do we look to learn from our experiences quickly and not shy away from making the necessary adjustments that we need to.
