      - Salary - I don’t see any other advantage

      - CEO has personality issues - CEO - CEO - Fear to work for - The CEO is the issue here. He will not respect your skills or knowledge, he thinks he knows better and can fire you at any second, it is like Nero is administrating the company. You can get fired for any mistake. - Outdated product - Bad UI - Bad design

      Pros

      - Great co-workers! - High perspective of evolution (I became manager in 2 years.) - Possibility of learning new thing - Fully remote company: work from everywhere in the world. - Flexible hours possible: perfect balance between work and the family sphere. - Company event: we meet once a year, all together.

      Cons

      - You need a lot of self-discipline and self-motivation to accomplish your tasks and goals. It's not really a "con", but as we are 100% remote, you really need to be organized and dedicated to your job.
