- No Job Security - They cut your salary as per your performance by judging lots of parameters of performance - No value for New employees - You can't argue with your seniors even if you are right actually these seniors are the pillar of the company. try to understand this. - 2 months notice period is just a joke, If you want to leave early due to some reason they will ask you to provide service 12 hours per day to adjust the notice period. Please think about it how much merciful the company is this - This is the very shameless thing for this organization if they don't require any employee anymore neither they will provide you 2 months notice period nor salary for it - "Honesty is the best policy" is not an application for Employer - Employee will be fired when got 2-3 complaint against you and it doesn't matter if true or false even they will not listen to you - You have to face not Technical PCs/PMs and they are not able to understand any technical thing. This PC/Mangers will be a headache you if you will try to explain anything - Female respect is everyone's duty however you can't argue with female employees you will be fired. - THE VERY IMPORTANT POINT TO BE NOTICE THAT ONCE COMPANY WILL THINK YOUR SERVICE IS NOT REQUIRED ANYMORE THEY WILL TERMINATE YOUR SERVICE WITHOUT SERVING NOTICE PERIOD OR SALARY FOR NOTICE PERIOD AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR IT THE WILL APPLY FALSE ALLEGATIONS UPON YOU - Termination is just like jokes they play with employee personal life brutally like they will harm you in respect of financially and your reputation withing the company - Late night meeting will be a very big headache for your life; no personal/professional life balance - They expect employee give 100% performance and expecting 3X/4X turnover but the system and the net is not as provided as per their expectation
