Stressful environment to work in with unclear direction from management. Deadlines are arbitrary, constant pressure to work on short timelines only to have deadlines moved at the last second. Company is sales-focused, not a great environment for R&D or product innovation. Can be difficult working across time zones around the world, meeting times are unusual.
