- Culture is top of the list, everyone is friendly and all doors are always open for any help to anyone. - Great atmosphere, everyone has the potential to influence the companies processes and strategy to some extent
Cons
Because the company is so young, So, needs and expectations are constantly changing - but I think that's the nature of many companies at this stage
