Pros
Dan wanted to recreate the agency environment he saw as a junior designer in his career at Joules and I believe he's succeeded. On Poynt are a thriving creative agency with a fantastic office atmosphere — always filled with laughter and a genuine sense of enjoyment.
It's also no surprise that they're very good at what they do and take real pride in their work!
Though still small, the team is incredibly supportive, encouraging growth and skill development among newer designers. They foster an environment where everyone is motivated to improve and thrive. The agency is expanding quickly, making it an exciting place to work with both medium sized projects and repeat large clients.
Sprinkle some social activities after work and a nice office space also help to give that creative agency feel!
Cons
This is a pro or con depending on the person: I've worked for both small and large businesses. On Poynt is small but rapidly expanding. Small businesses are flexible where larger businesses aren't. It's just good to know that a business growing means career opportunity but also a changing work environment - once again, a pro for many but maybe a con for some.
